Description Harmony Healthcare Long Island (HHLI) is bringing a new kind of health services to the communities that need it most. Harmony provides affordable, evidenced-based, quality health services to everyone in the neighborhood, regardless of insurance status or the ability to pay. Since Harmony Healthcare's inception in 2009 as Family Health Centers – Long Island FQHC, a non-profit organization, we have continually strived to create a healthier community one patient at a time by dedicating themselves to providing the highest quality care to the largest number of people in Nassau County, including those who are typically underserved. Harmony embraces its past it also looks towards the future, with clarity of purpose. To that end, Harmony recognized that differentiating itself and advancing its mission would include a positive transformation to a new brand identity setting the organization apart. Growth, transformation, and adaptation to change are characteristics of all living systems – including organizations such as our healthcare system.
