Description

LICIL has arranged for a representative from DRNY to train students in the Rabinowitz Honors College seminar "Disability and Activism" to assess the accessibility of Nassau County polling places for voters with disabilities in the upcoming primary. Students can satisfy a course requirement for an activist or advocacy experience by conducting a polling place assessment and reporting to DRNY.
